I started working on the baby blanket I mentioned a few posts ago. The crochet stitches I'm using are making a light and stretchy fabric and I'm really pleased with how it is turning out.
Baby S is due early next month and I've realized that if I don't shake a leg on this project he'll be receiving it for his first birthday.
LOVE that! I really think I need to learn how to crochet instead of just knitting. I was just in my local branch of the library today and they had a sign up for free crochet classes over the next 3 months. Maybe I should do that--you can't get much for free in NYC :)
