When my sister-in-law was here visiting a few weekends ago, she saw a little flower that I had crocheted laying on my kitchen counter. I had intended to put a pin back on it but just hadn't got around to it. Last weekend, she texted me asking if I could make a couple more; one for her and one to give away. I had just enough of the purple Malabrigo Merino Worsted left to make one more purple flower and used some of the yellow Malabrigo from my Sunny Mittens.
I stitched the pin backs on using the tail from each one (I left about 12-18 inches of yarn for the tail). Each flower took only a smidgen of yarn, a great way to use up leftovers.
