Mojo Maker

Tonight, I am really excited. I've finally finished a knitting project, for myself! Can you believe it? Neither can I! If you can recall (I couldn't, I had to check my projects on Ravelry), the last project I knit for myself was all the way back in September!  I know, right? I think I am definitely long overdue for some selfish knitting. So what might I pick for my first selfish project of the new year? Well, considering all my time constraints lately, it had to be something that would knit up pretty quick. While I'd love to start some laceweight projects, or even sportweight ones, I needed some kick back in my mojo. I decided on the Dorflinger Tee, which I've had queued for ages the yarn for since January.  When I finally had two minutes to myself Sunday, I cast on. And...

it's currently blockin! Hooray!

Although I have no photos (yet), I'll show you these:

Would you believe that this was taken Thursday? I knit on it Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (each for only and hour at most), and finished the sleeves and wove in ends tonight. It was like knit knit knit bam! sweater.

Awesome, I tell you. Awesome. Pray for good weather this weekend so I can get some pictures!
