Plum Blossom Tee

Just finished up this week is my new pattern, Plum Blossom Tee.

Knit out of a linen blend this tee is crisp, cool, and has beautiful drape. In a sport weight yarn, this will make fun and easy summer knitting.

I have to say, I'm terribly taken with this design (maybe even more than the last and I sure did love those sleeves!). It's delicate but not flimsy, and lovely without being overly frilly. Plum Blossom will be your go to tee this summer, easy to wear dressed up or down.

Plum Blossom is knit from the bottom up, flat in two pieces. The gentle curve of the hem is shaped with short rows, an easy to follow lace pattern is worked through the yoke on both the front and back. After seaming the two pieces together, a think I-cord is worked around the sleeves and collar to give this piece a neat and tailored finsh.

  1. Very elegant. I wonder if I have enough yarn in my stash...I've been wanting to make a summer top.
